SPVS 2024 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD6 2XX. 2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation. 3. By entering the prize draw, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 4. The route to enter the prize draw and these terms and conditions can be viewed at www.petprotect.co.uk/vets 5. The prize draw is only available to entrants who attended the SPVS Congress 2024 event and complete their details on the signup form located at the above link at the event on 25th and 26th January 2024. 6. The closing date of the prize draw is 26th January 2024, and the winner will be drawn on 26th January 2024 at the event. After this date no further entries will be permitted. 7. The rules of the prize draw are as follows: • The prize draw starts on 25th January 2024 and ends on 26th January 2024. • Entrants must have attended the SPVS Congress 2024 event on 25th and 26th January 2024 and complete their details on the signup form located at the above link. • There will be two winners chosen at random from the list of entrants who have completed the signup form. • The first prize is an ESPA Wellness Wonders Collection Gift Set, and the second prize is a Harrods Red and White Gift Box. • The winner of the prize draw will be drawn and selected at random on 26th January 2023. • The winner will be contacted by email to notify them they have won the prize draw on 26th January 2023. • The winners must collect their prizes from the Pet Protect stand number 26 on Friday 26th January 2023. If the winners do not collect their prize at the event, another winner will be selected. • The email address supplied at the time of entry must be correct. • All prizes are subject to availability. • The prize draw is only available to entrants resident in the UK. 8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 9. Customers must be contactable by email to claim their prize and must have a valid email address at the time of entry to enable Pet Protect to contact them about this prize draw. 10. The prize draw is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. 11. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Lookfantastic.com, ESPA or Harrods. You are providing your information to Pet Protect Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here. 12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. Entrants who supply contact details at the event will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions 14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 16. Pet Protect reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and communicate changes to customers by updating these terms on this website.
