Valentine Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD6 2XX.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation,
3. By entering the giveaway, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The route to enter the giveaway can be viewed at www.petprotect.co.uk/valentine
5. The giveaway is only available to entrants who follow the below rules between 14th and 21^st February 2024.
6. The closing date of the giveaway is midnight on 21^st February 2024. After this date no further entries will be permitted.
7. The giveaway rules are as follows:
   – Follow @petprotect on Instagram or Facebook depending on where you’re entering the giveaway.
   – Share a photo or a video of your pet.
   – Tag @PetProtect with your chosen photo or video in your stories or posts to enter the giveaway.
   – Leave a comment on the giveaway post once you’ve sent your photo or video to confirm your entry in the giveaway.
   – Giveaway open from 14^th to 21^st February 2014, and we’ll announce the winners by 28^th February 2024.
   – Two winners will be selected at random, and each winner will receive a £30 Amazon voucher code. Only one voucher per winner is permitted.
   – The winners will be contacted through Instagram or Facebook to obtain an email address to send the £30 Amazon voucher code.
   – If any winner does not respond to the message within 7 days, we have the right to select another winner at random.
   – The giveaway is only valid if an entrant enters between the above qualifying dates.
   – The giveaway is only available to entrants in the UK.
8. The £30 Amazon voucher code will be sent to you by email.
9. Pet Protect has the right to reject entries to the competition that are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive, misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming, pornographic in nature or conflict with our ethical and pet wellbeing guidelines.
10. By submitting entries into the competition, entrants agree to grant Pet Protect a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, republish, edit, or modify content connected with the competition and any future communications, marketing and promotional purposes that Pet Protect consider appropriate in relation to this promotion.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
13. Entrants must be contactable on Instagram and Facebook to claim and redeem the £30 Amazon voucher and must have a valid email address to enable Pet Protect to contact them about this giveaway.
14. The giveaway is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The giveaway is not transferable and is subject to availability.
15. Replacements will not be issued for lost Amazon voucher codes.
16. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon. You are providing your information to Pet Protect Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Entrants who enter this giveaway and claim a £30 Amazon voucher code will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions outlined above.
19. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. Pet Protect reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and communicate changes to customers by updating these terms on this website.
