September Incentive Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Betchworth House, 57-65 Station Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1DL.
2. This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. By entering into the offer, a customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. The offer or current promotion is only available to customers who have a pet insurance policy renewal date between 1st and 30th September 2022
6. Closing date of the offer will be 30th September 2022. After this date no further offers will be permitted.
7. The rules of the offer are as follows:a) Customers must renew their pet insurance policy with Pet Protect between 1st and 30th September 2022.b) Customers will receive a code to redeem either a 12-month Tastecard membership or 50% off a PitPat Dog Activity Monitor. All memberships and PitPat devices are subject to availability.c) Customers who have purchased a policy through a comparison, affiliate or cashback website are not eligible for this offer.

   d) To be eligible a policy must have a renewal date between 1st and 30th September 2022.

   e) The policy renewed must be active at the time the membership or PitPat device is sent by email or SMS to the customer and first policy premium must be paid.

   f) The offer is only valid if a customer has a policy with a renewal date between 1st and 30th September 2022

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The offer is as follows:a) A customer will receive a code to redeem either a 12-month Tastecard membership or 50% off a PitPat Dog Activity Monitor if they have a renewal date between 1st and 30th September 2022 and renew their pet insurance policy direct with Pet Protect.b) To claim the Tastecard membership or 50% off a PitPat device the customer will be sent an email or SMS asking them to email Pet Protect to confirm they want to claim this offer after they have renewed their policy.c) The customer must reply to the email or SMS to confirm they want to claim the offer.

   d) Customers will receive an email or SMS with a unique code to redeem their chosen offer once the policy has renewed and first policy premium has been paid.

   e) The customer must email us to claim this offer by 14th October 2022 and after this date has expired, we will not accept any further requests to claim a tastecard membership or PitPat device.

   f) The customer must redeem their tastecard membership between 4th July 2022 and 4th July 2023.

   g) The email address supplied at the time of purchase must be correct at the time of purchase.

10. The customer must be contactable by email or SMS to claim this offer and must have a valid email address that is associated with their pet insurance policy to enable Pet Protect to contact customers about this offer.
11. The customer must download the tastecard app and signup to redeem their membership. Details of how to download the app and redeem the tastecard membership can be found here: www.tastecard.co.uk/download-the-app
12. Only one code per pet and with a maximum of 3 codes per customer.
13. The offer is only available to customers in the UK.
14. The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any membership with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

16. The memberships are subject to an expiry date and must be used before this expiry date.
17. A compatible smartphone is required to use the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor. For more information visit the PitPat website.
18. The PitPat activity monitor will be sent to you by Pitpatpet Ltd (“PitPat”) to the policy address. Your name and address will be sent to PitPat so they can arrange delivery of your activity monitor
19. To use the activity monitor, you will need to register with PitPat. By doing so you must adhere to PitPat’s Terms and Conditions. The use of the PitPat activity monitor, app and website are covered by PitPat’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
20. Any dog activity levels data from the PitPat activity monitor will be sent from PitPat to Pet Protect. It is in our legitimate business interests to see this data and we have provided examples below:
    a) Validate data on dog breeds and ages
    b) For internal analysis on customer behaviour
    c) Influence and inform our pricing and marketing activity
    d) We may contact you by email to highlight any aspect of your use of the PitPat device. You can opt out of receiving these communications by selecting “unsubscribe” on any email from us
    e) We may ask you to complete a survey to gain insight into your experience of using the PitPat device
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Tastecard or Ello Group. You are providing your information to Pet Protect Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at www.petprotect.co.uk/privacy-and-cookies.
22. Pet Protect’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
24. Pet Protect accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to the device or code, arising out of or in connection with the promotion.
25. Pet Protect reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and communicate changes to customers by updating these terms on this website.
