To claim a voucher the customer will be sent an email or SMS to ask for their choice of £30 voucher. They will receive an email or SMS within 5 days of the policy being taken out. The customer must reply to the email or SMS to confirm their choice of £30 Voucher. You will receive this email or SMS within 30 days of the first policy premium collection if paid monthly or annually. You must reply to this email or SMS to confirm you want to claim a voucher and have a valid email address at the time you purchase the pet insurance policy with us.

How long do I have to claim a £30 voucher?

The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any voucher or membership with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 12. VioVet vouchers are subject to a three-month expiry date and must be used before this date as per above date. Amazon vouchers are subject to an expiry date and must be used before this date as stated on the voucher. 13. Replacements will not be issued for lost vouchers or vouchers which have not been used by the expiry date. 14.
