PitPat 2023 Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD6 2XX.
2. The PitPat promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. By entering the promotion, a customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The route to redeem the PitPat promotion can be viewed at www.petprotect.co.uk/pitpat2023
5. The PitPat promotion or current promotion is only available to customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy direct between 11^th December 2023 and 31^st January 2024.
6. Closing date of the offer will be midnight on 31^st January 2024. After this date no further PitPat Dog Activity Monitors will be permitted.
7. The rules of the PitPat promotion are as follows:
   • Purchase a new pet insurance policy direct with Pet Protect, either through our website or over the phone.
   • To confirm a customer is eligible for a PitPat Dog Activity Monitor, we will send an email 14 days after policy purchase.
   • To claim a PitPat Dog Activity Monitor the customer will be sent an email with a code to redeem on the PitPat website 60 days after their premium payment.
   • All vouchers are limited to the amount of £30 and are subject to availability.
   • The offer will start on 11^th December 2023 and end on 31^st January 2024.
   • The policy purchased must be active at the time of dispatch of the PitPat device and policy premium must be paid.
   • The offer is only valid if a customer purchases a new policy between the above qualifying date.
   • Only one device per policy can be redeemed.
8. The PitPat promotion is as follows:

• To confirm a customer is eligible to receive a PitPat Dog Activity Monitor, the customer will be sent an email 14 days after policy purchase.
• To redeem the PitPat the customer will receive an email with a unique code that can be used on the PitPat website to claim your PitPat Dog Activity Monitor for a cost of £0.00. This email will be sent 60 days after your first premium collection under your policy with Pet Protect if you pay monthly. If you pay annually for your policy, you will receive an email 60 days after payment of the annual premium.
• A compatible smartphone is required to use the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor. For more information visit the PitPat website.
• You must have a valid email address associated with your pet insurance policy to be able to claim your PitPat Dog Activity Monitor.
• The PitPat Dog Activity Monitor will be sent to you by Pitpatpet Ltd (“PitPat”) to the policy address associated with your policy. Your name and address will be sent to PitPat so they can arrange delivery of your PitPat Dog Activity Monitor.
• To use the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor, you must register with PitPat and download the PitPat app. By doing so you must adhere to PitPat’s Terms and Conditions. The use of the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor, app and website are covered by PitPat’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
• The promotion is only available to customers in the UK.
• Customers have up until 29^th February 2024 to redeem their PitPat Dog Activity Monitor.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. Customers must be contactable by email to claim and redeem the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor and must have a valid email address that is associated with their new pet insurance policy to enable Pet Protect to contact them about this promotion.
11. The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any voucher or membership with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Replacements will not be issued for lost or damaged PitPat devices or codes which have not been redeemed by the promotion end date.
13. Pet Protect accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor device, arising out of or in connection with the promotion.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.co.uk. You are providing your information to Pet Protect Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy with Pet Protect and claim a PitPat Dog Activity Monitor will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions outlined above.
17. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. Pet Protect reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and communicate changes to customers by updating these terms on this website.
19. Any dog activity levels data from the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor will be sent from PitPat to Pet Protect. It is in our legitimate business interests to see this data and we have provided examples below:

• Validate data on dog breeds and ages.
• For internal analysis on customer behaviour.
• Influence and inform our pricing and marketing activity.
• We may contact you by email to highlight any aspect of your use of the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor. You can opt out of receiving these communications by selecting “unsubscribe” on any email from us.
• We may ask you to complete a survey to gain insight into your experience of using the PitPat Dog Activity Monitor.
