£30 Amazon.co.uk Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD6 2XX.
2. The Amazon.co.uk voucher promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. By entering the promotion, a customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The route to redeem the voucher promotion can be viewed at www.petprotect.co.uk/moneysupermarket
5. The £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher is only available to customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy through moneysupermarket.com between 20^th December 2023 and 31^st March 2024.
6. Closing date of the offer will be midnight on 31^st March 2024. After this date no further Amazon.co.uk vouchers will be permitted.
7. The rules of the Amazon.co.uk voucher promotion are as follows:
   • Customers must purchase a new pet insurance policy with Pet Protect through moneysupermarket.com.
   • To claim a £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher the customer will be sent an email or SMS 14 days after policy purchase to ask if they want to redeem a voucher.
   • Customers must respond to our email or SMS to confirm redemption of a £30 Amazon.co.uk Voucher.
   • Customers will receive a code to redeem a £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher 60 days after purchase of their policy.
   • All Amazon.co.uk vouchers are limited to the amount of £30 and are subject to availability.
   • The offer will start on 20^th December 2023 and end on 31^st March 2024.
   • The policy purchased must be active at the time the Amazon.co.uk voucher is sent by email or SMS to the customer and two policy premiums must be paid if paying monthly or full premium amount if paying annually.
   • The Amazon.co.uk voucher is only valid if a customer purchases a new policy between the above qualifying date.
8. The Amazon.co.uk voucher promotion is as follows:
   • Customers must purchase a new pet insurance policy through moneysupermarket.com to be eligible to claim an Amazon.co.uk voucher.
   • To claim a £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher the customer will be sent an email or SMS to ask if they want to redeem an Amazon.co.uk voucher. The customer will receive an email or SMS within 14 days of the policy being taken out. The customer must reply to the email or SMS to confirm redemption of a £30 Amazon.co.uk Voucher.
   • Customers will receive an email with a unique code within 60 days to redeem an Amazon.co.uk voucher once two policy premiums have been paid if paying monthly or full premium amount if paying annually.
   • The customer must email us to claim an Amazon.co.uk voucher by 30^th April 2024.
   • Amazon.co.uk vouchers are subject to an expiry date and must be used before this date as stated on the voucher.
   • The email address supplied at the time of purchase must be correct.
   • Only one Amazon.co.uk voucher per policy can be redeemed.
   • The Amazon.co.uk voucher is only available to customers resident in the UK.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. Customers must be contactable by email to claim and redeem the Amazon.co.uk voucher and must have a valid email address that is associated with their new pet insurance policy to enable Pet Protect to contact them about this promotion.
11. The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable and is subject to availability.
12. Replacements will not be issued for lost Amazon.co.uk vouchers or vouchers which have not been used by the expiry date.
13. Pet Protect accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to the Amazon.co.uk voucher, arising out of or in connection with the promotion.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.co.uk. You are providing your information to Pet Protect Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy with Pet Protect and claim an Amazon.co.uk voucher will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
17. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. Pet Protect reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and communicate changes to customers by updating these terms on this website.
