What is covered with our Lifetime pet insurance?

Lifetime cover is designed to help you with vet bills for treating chronic or recurring conditions during the lifetime of your pet.

• Lifetime policies provide cover for illnesses or conditions that occur in the policy year and also up to the vet fee limit you choose.
• Claim for on-going treatments up to the policy limit year after year. The policy limit is refreshed at renewal as long as you do not cancel your policy.
• Vet fees covered from £1,000 up to £6,000 and in addition each year your vet fees limit will be replenished providing you renew your policy.
• 24/7 pet advice if your dog becomes unwell and you need to speak to a vet or vet nurse over the phone and also through live chat.
• Complementary medicines such as hydrotherapy, herbal or homeopathic medicine, physiotherapy and acupuncture.
• Dental treatments for non-cosmetic and non-preventative dental problems.
• Loss of your pet if it is stolen or strays.
