Our Dog Policies
Dogs are a part of the family. With their constant, unconditional love they are there for us through good times and bad. There's no relationship quite like it.
We think they deserve the same in return, which is why our lifelong dog policies are designed to look after them through good times and bad. We don't offer non-essential benefits, just comprehensive dog insurance covering what's most important to you and your pet.
Veterinary fees up to £6,000
Independent research shows that during 2004/2005 over half of all pet owners made an unexpected trip to the vet.* Pet Protect insurance means that if do have to make the dreaded trip, you're covered for up to £6,000 for accidents and illnesses, and for life if your dog is diagnosed with a chronic condition such as diabetes. (exact amount dependant on your chosen level of cover).
Third party liability up to £2M
As a dog owner, you are legally liable for any injuries caused by your dog to both people and property, and if a third party falls ill as a result. Our insurance covers you for up to £2million.
Recovery costs up to £1,000
Shockingly, a staggering 5,700** dogs and cats are lost or stolen every week. If the worst happens to your dog, we'll help you find them by giving up to £1,000 towards advertising, offering rewards and other associated costs.
Travel cover up to £2,000
Travel cover comes as standard on all our policies, unlike some other leading insurers who might not include this as part of their standard policies. We cover up to £2,000 of veterinary fees whilst you're travelling in any of our covered countries for a period of 31 days (exact amount dependant on your chosen level of cover) (see terms & conditions for details and a list of covered countries).
