24 years of specialising in pet insurance has taught us a thing or two about the type of pet insurance cover our customers need. Our products are designed to provide lifelong, effective cover at reasonable prices, because we don't think the pets you love deserve anything less. And we don't include unnecessary benefits to bump up our prices.

1) All our policies are lifelong. We believe pet insurance is about far more than just saving you money, it's about ensuring your pet has access, throughout its life, to the best veterinary care money can buy.

2) We don't have time limits. Most companies will only cover treatment for a fixed period after diagnosis. We'll keep supporting you until your pet is better (even if it's for the rest of their life) and we'll even contribute 50% towards clinical diets your vet prescribes (as long as they're not related to promoting weight-loss).

3) We'll keep paying for diagnosed conditions. Most companies only allow you to claim up to a fixed amount for a diagnosed condition before you're on your own and your pet's condition is excluded. We don't impose financial ceilings as long as you continue to renew your policy annually.

4) We pay claims promptly and efficiently. Our highly-experienced claims team are veterinary nurses, many of them fully-qualified, and we aim to settle the majority of claims within 4 days.
